Meditation

In meditation sessions you will be guided through a variety of breath techniques and kriyas.

Practicing pranayama (breath) helps to calm the mind, increase focus, balance the nervous system, expand lung capacity, increase relaxation, reduce anxiety and depression, and increase vitality.

Kriyas are repetitive movements, mantra and/or breath practices that impact your being on the level of the mind, body and energy. In this class you will be guided through a Kriya set with a specific focus. For example, there are sets to calm the nervous system, awaken the heart and to ground energy. Benefits include: balancing the brain, decreasing stress/anxiety, uplifting energy, and shifting consciousness. The greatest knowing comes from experience so come on out and try it!
